Who we are and what we do.
Ever since we purchased our first building in 1994, T. Stacy & Associates has been at the forefront of the major resurgence and growth of downtown Austin, Texas. Our achievements and expertise spans many different areas including:
- Since 1994, the company has acquired and managed over 4,500,000 square feet of office buildings, mixed-use projects, and hotels, and has affected over 2,000,000 square feet of new and renewal leases in the Austin Central Business District alone.
- Acquisition, disposition and leasing transactions total over $600 million to date.
- We have redeveloped or rehabilitated countless assets which has benefited both the company and the community alike.
- We have been a vocal advocate for the resurgence of Central Business Districts, especially in our own backyard of Austin.
- Attentive customer service and timely decision making have been instrumental in the success of our property management services. Our tenant retention rate has been well above the norm since the early 1990's.
- T. Stacy has always made it a priority to try and be on the cutting edge of technology in real estate. Our Tenant Solutions communications company is the latest example of this effort.
- Given the current market cycle, we are now focusing much of our time and resources towards new ground up development.
