  • Park 22 is a 203,716sf three building office project aptly named Park 22. This project was acquired in the summer of 2002 and is set in a park-like setting on FM 2222 just West of Loop 360. With Bull Creek meandering through the project, the beautiful scenery of the Hill Country is emphasized with a natural waterfall, hiking trails and plenty of wildlife. This class A project was built in 2000 and consists of 3 separate buildings and parking garages. T. Stacy took the project from 35% occupancy to 93% occupancy in less than 3 years. In March of 2005 the project was sold to Equity Office Properties.
