  • T. Stacy & Associates acted as the development advisor for the Texas Trial Lawyers Building, strategically located directly across the street from the Texas State Capitol. The building was completed in the summer of 2000 and the TSA leasing team was retained to lease the space that the Trial Lawyers Association did not occupy. In 2001, the building received the Downtown Austin Alliance "Project IMPACT" Award for Excellence in Design. T. Stacy & Associates was recognized in the Wall Street Journal for achieving the highest lease rate in Texas at the time of $40 per square foot.
