Austin Centre Executive Suites now open in downtown Austin!
  • Austin Centre is a mixed use complex of just under 1 million square feet consisting of 360,000sf of class A office space, a 375 room Omni hotel, retail and an underground parking garage. This mixed use asset was originally purchased in 1996 with 72% occupancy in the office portion and a struggling hotel. In 18 months, the office portion was brought up to 98% occupancy with rents being taken from $11NNN to $20NNN during this time. The hotel was also converted to a long-term master lease with Omni hotels. T. Stacy leased and managed the project during ownership.
  • The project was sold to Crescent in January 1998. In an unusual twist, T. Stacy and Walton Street Capital purchased the asset back from Crescent in May 2007.
